While we do not have an age restriction we recommend ages 15 and up. Our haunt has mature themes and ultimately is up to parent's discretion.

Yes, while we have a lot of effects to create a one-of-a-kind immersive atmosphere if you mention your needs to a member of the team we are more than happy to accommodate your needs so you can enjoy our attraction safely! 

If you find the attraction is too much for you to handle and want to exit the attraction, let the staff know and we will safely get you out of the attraction to the main areas. If you leave the haunt you will have to purchase a re-entry pass to reenter the attraction and must enter at the beginning. 

NO! We do not permit photos and videos inside the attraction. Those who want to obtain professional media inside the attraction can submit a media form under applications on our website. 

We recommend no open-toed shoes or heels. Tennis shoes or boots are the most ideal for the nature of the haunt. No clothing that can become easily entangled in props or décor. We recommend dressing for the weather and looking at temps ahead of your visit. 

We do not close for rain alone. If there is a major safety threat we will follow our safety procedures and keep all attendees updated with posts on the website and social media.  In the rare event we did close tickets already purchased would have the ability to switch to a different date. 

YES! Just return to the ticket booth and ask to purchase a reentry ticket with proof of original ticket purchase.

Parking is located across the street and is FREE!! We have crossing guards that will assist with getting you where you need to be to enjoy a night of scares! 

We do not offer refunds. If the event is canceled we will work with you in these situations but getting too scared will not result in a refund. 

No, we are not a touch haunt. Beware we don't need touch to scare you. Chicken vests are in your future. 

NO!!! This is not safe for you or our actors! Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the attraction. 

Due to larger crowds if you do not want to spend your evening with us and you're looking for a short trip please look to arrive between 7-8 and Fridays are much slower. Otherwise any time between 7-12 midnight. 

NO! Unless you apply for prior permission using our submission form you will not be allowed to document media inside of the attraction. You are more than welcome to film anything in the common areas/ midway. 

YES!! We have a large variety of merchandise to take home! We also have a rotating lineup of vendors every weekend. 

YES!! We have very affordable concessions and rotating vendors each weekend like food trucks and coffee stands.
